Description

Make lemon dill salmon with a simple creamy sauce. Fresh, flavorful, and ready in under 30 minutes for an easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 half teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 half cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 quarter teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
  4. Flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the salmon is flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. In a bowl mix Greek yogurt lemon juice lemon zest dill garlic and salt until smooth.
  6. Serve the salmon with the lemon dill sauce spooned over the top.
