Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 half teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 half cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 quarter teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
- Flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the salmon is flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- In a bowl mix Greek yogurt lemon juice lemon zest dill garlic and salt until smooth.
- Serve the salmon with the lemon dill sauce spooned over the top.
