Description

Bright and creamy lemon basil aioli made with mayo, garlic, and fresh basil. A 5-minute sauce perfect for sandwiches, seafood, or roasted veggies.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt


Instructions

  1. Add mayonnaise, basil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust with extra lemon juice or salt if desired.
