  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 5 oz evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
