This keto burger bowl is loaded with seasoned beef, fresh toppings, cheese, and creamy burger sauce for a quick low carb dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup without added sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Drain excess grease from the skillet and return the beef to medium heat.
- Stir in the steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook for 1 minute until the cheese melts into the beef mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle relish, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Divide the shredded lettuce evenly among four serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with the cooked burger meat, tomatoes, pickle slices, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and avocado slices.
- Drizzle the burger sauce over the bowls just before serving.
- Serve immediately while the beef is warm.
