Description

This keto burger bowl is loaded with seasoned beef, fresh toppings, cheese, and creamy burger sauce for a quick low carb dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup without added sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Drain excess grease from the skillet and return the beef to medium heat.
  4. Stir in the steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook for 1 minute until the cheese melts into the beef mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle relish, and garlic powder until smooth.
  6. Divide the shredded lettuce evenly among four serving bowls.
  7. Top each bowl with the cooked burger meat, tomatoes, pickle slices, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and avocado slices.
  8. Drizzle the burger sauce over the bowls just before serving.
  9. Serve immediately while the beef is warm.

Notes

  • Assemble the bowls right before serving so the lettuce stays crisp.
  • Store leftover burger meat and toppings separately in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
