Description
Crispy, low carb zucchini chips made in the air fryer. A quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Slice zucchini into thin, even rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
- Pat zucchini slices dry with paper towels.
- Toss zucchini slices with olive oil until lightly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the zucchini and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 3 minutes.
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, without overlapping. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove chips and let them cool for a few minutes to crisp further.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional minute or two, but watch closely to prevent burning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat briefly in the air fryer.
