Description

A creamy crab dip packed with tender crab meat, melted cheese, and savory seasonings, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces lump crab meat, drained and picked over
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
