Ingredients
- 8 ounces lump crab meat, drained and picked over
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold in the crab meat.
