A quick and flavorful Japanese ginger salad dressing made with fresh ingredients like carrots, ginger, and avocado oil. Perfect for salads or marinades.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- ¼ yellow onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp avocado oil
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar (sub apple cider vinegar for AIP)
- 2 tsp coconut sugar (omit for whole30)
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until fully combined and smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Store in the fridge and serve over salad.

- Use apple cider vinegar for AIP compliance.
- Omit coconut sugar for Whole30 diets.
- Skip black pepper for AIP.
- Keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
