Description

Make honey glazed salmon with a sweet and savory sauce in under 25 minutes. Tender, flaky, and perfect for an easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 half teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
  4. Flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the salmon is flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. In a small bowl mix honey soy sauce garlic lemon juice and Dijon mustard.
  6. Pour the sauce into the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes while spooning the glaze over the salmon until slightly thickened and glossy.
  7. Sprinkle green onions over the top and serve immediately.
