- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces smoked beef sausage sliced into 1⁄2 inch rounds
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil.
- Add sliced sausage and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
