Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish
Instructions

- Return chicken to the skillet, turning to coat in the sauce.
- Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and sauce thickens slightly.
- Spoon sauce over chicken before serving and garnish with fresh herbs.
