Chewy and gooey honey cinnamon blondies, a perfect cozy treat.
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg, honey, and vanilla; whisk together.
- Gently stir in flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
