- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, feta cheese, olive oil, and salt to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a flat, wide bowl.
- Top the whipped feta cheese mix evenly with honey and chopped pistachios.
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette or pita bread.
