Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or breadstick dough
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, or red bell pepper pieces for decoration (optional)
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until combined.
- Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface into a large triangle shape resembling a tree.
- Spread the spinach dip mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Cut strips about 1 inch wide on each side of the dough, slanting toward the center to make branches. Twist each strip a couple of times.
- Place the dough triangle on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the dough with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Decorate with cherry tomato halves, olives, or red pepper pieces like ornaments.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
