Description

This Holiday Cookie Dough Dip tastes just like your favorite edible cookie dough, ready in minutes. It is a simple, no-bake treat perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour, cooled
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles, divided
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk or cream, as needed for consistency

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter with a mixer until very smooth and fluffy, 2 minutes.
  2. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  3. Mix in cooled, heat-treated flour until fully incorporated; add 1-3 tablespoons milk to reach a dip-like consistency.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and half the sprinkles, reserving the rest for garnish.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with remaining sprinkles, and chill 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Heat-treat flour by microwaving or baking until it reaches 165°F, then cool completely before using. This reduces risk from raw flour.
  • For brighter color, use nonpareil sprinkles and fold gently to avoid color bleed.
  • Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, and apple or strawberry slices.
