Description
High protein Greek yogurt berry parfait layered with fresh berries and crunchy granola. A quick, healthy breakfast or snack ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup high protein granola
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In two serving glasses, add a layer of yogurt mixture, dividing evenly.
- Top with a layer of sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
- Repeat with remaining yogurt, berries, and granola to create layered parfaits.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For meal prep, store yogurt and berries separately from granola. Assemble just before serving to keep granola crisp.
