Ingredients
- 6 cups finely chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 pound grilled chicken breast sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the chopped romaine lettuce to a large salad bowl.
- Top the lettuce with sliced grilled chicken, feta cheese, green onions, and fresh dill.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
