- 1 tablespoon milk of choice as needed to adjust texture
- 1 half cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, and salt to a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the blended mixture to a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the almond flour and vanilla protein powder to the bowl.
- Stir with a spatula until a thick dough forms and no dry spots of flour remain.
- If the dough seems too thick or crumbly, add milk of choice 1 teaspoon at a time until it looks like classic cookie dough.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more maple syrup if desired, then serve right away or chill for 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
