Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast finely shredded
- 0.5 cup buffalo-style wing sauce
- 0.75 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Transfer blended cottage cheese to a bowl and stir in buffalo sauce until evenly combined.
- Fold in shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 22 minutes until hot and bubbly around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with green onions before serving.
