Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
