Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a small drizzle of honey.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana before blending.
