Description

A creamy, naturally sweet, and protein-packed smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Add banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a small drizzle of honey.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana before blending.
