Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken
  • 2 large avocados, halved and pitted
  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
