Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken fillets cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 half teaspoon salt
- 1 half teaspoon black pepper
- 1 half teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 quarter teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl mix olive oil paprika garlic powder salt black pepper and oregano.
- Add chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes turning occasionally until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt lemon juice garlic salt and parsley until smooth.
- Serve the skewers with the yogurt sauce on the side or drizzled over the top.
Notes
- Always cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165°F to ensure it is safe to eat.
- Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning.
