Description

Make juicy grilled chicken skewers with a creamy yogurt sauce. Easy, flavorful, and perfect for summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken fillets cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 half teaspoon salt
  • 1 half teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 half teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 quarter teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix olive oil paprika garlic powder salt black pepper and oregano.
  2. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes turning occasionally until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt lemon juice garlic salt and parsley until smooth.
  7. Serve the skewers with the yogurt sauce on the side or drizzled over the top.

Notes

  • Always cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165°F to ensure it is safe to eat.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning.
