Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (about ¾ inch thick)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and brush both sides with olive oil. Season evenly with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side until nicely charred and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the chicken cooks, steam the broccoli for 4 to 5 minutes until bright green and just tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
- Divide the broccoli between bowls, top with sliced chicken, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
