Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
- Brush the salmon with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of the salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
