Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds beef sirloin, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat steak pieces dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2 to 3 minutes without stirring until browned.
- Flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and steak is coated.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Cook steak to an internal temperature of 145°F with a 3-minute rest for safe consumption.
