Description

Juicy, tender steak bites seared with a rich garlic butter flavor. This one-pan recipe cooks quickly for an easy, protein-packed meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds beef sirloin, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Pat steak pieces dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2 to 3 minutes without stirring until browned.
  4. Flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until desired doneness.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and steak is coated.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

  • Cook steak to an internal temperature of 145°F with a 3-minute rest for safe consumption.
