Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and add olive oil.
- Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return all steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes more.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Assemble bowls by dividing cooked rice among serving bowls.
- Top with steak bites, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and shredded carrots.
- Spoon any remaining garlic butter from the skillet over the bowls before serving.
