A hearty, satisfying meal with tender steak bites and crispy golden potatoes cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. This easy dinner offers bold flavor with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes cut side down and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
  2. Increase heat to medium high. Add steak pieces and season with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and paprika. Sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Return potatoes to the skillet and toss with the steak and garlic butter.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
