Description

Make tender garlic butter salmon in just 20 minutes. Flaky salmon fillets cooked in a rich buttery garlic sauce for an easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 half teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt pepper and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
  4. Flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the salmon is flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  6. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the salmon for 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Add lemon juice and sprinkle parsley over the top. Serve immediately.
