Description
Make tender garlic butter salmon in just 20 minutes. Flaky salmon fillets cooked in a rich buttery garlic sauce for an easy dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 half teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt pepper and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
- Flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the salmon is flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Spoon the melted garlic butter over the salmon for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and sprinkle parsley over the top. Serve immediately.
