Garlic Butter Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

Description

Easy sandwiches with garlic butter chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and toasted rolls, ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 sandwich rolls split and lightly toasted
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add the butter and olive oil to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken with sea salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. In a medium bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Place the cooked chicken onto the toasted sandwich rolls.
  7. Top with the Caesar salad mixture and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, lightly toast the sandwich rolls with a little garlic butter before assembling the sandwiches.
