Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes without stirring until browned.
- Flip and cook another 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and the chicken is coated.
- Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm.
