Description

Juicy, tender chicken bites with rich garlic flavor, cooked quickly in a skillet with a simple butter sauce. Perfect for a fast weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes without stirring until browned.
  4. Flip and cook another 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and the chicken is coated.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve warm.
