Description

This herb yogurt dip is creamy, fresh, and packed with herbs. It works well as a healthy dip or spread for vegetables, crackers, or wraps.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 half teaspoon salt
  • 1 quarter teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to a medium bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in the lemon juice and grated garlic until fully combined.
  3. Add the parsley, chives, dill, and basil to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle in the salt and black pepper.
  5. Stir gently until the herbs are evenly distributed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors develop.
  7. Stir once more before serving.
