Description
This herb yogurt dip is creamy, fresh, and packed with herbs. It works well as a healthy dip or spread for vegetables, crackers, or wraps.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove finely grated
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 half teaspoon salt
- 1 quarter teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to a medium bowl and stir until smooth.
- Mix in the lemon juice and grated garlic until fully combined.
- Add the parsley, chives, dill, and basil to the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the salt and black pepper.
- Stir gently until the herbs are evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors develop.
- Stir once more before serving.
