- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- 2 ounces white chocolate, melted (optional drizzle)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Pop popcorn using your preferred method and discard unpopped kernels.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
