Easy and delicious fudgy Oreo brownies perfect for beginners.
Ingredients
- 2 (20 oz) boxed brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on the box
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 6 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the boxed brownie mix with the ingredients listed on the box.
- Spoon half of the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Arrange the 24 whole Oreo cookies on top of the batter.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the Oreos and spread evenly to cover them.
- Sprinkle the chopped Oreos over the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center should have some batter on it.
- Let the brownies cool for 1-2 hours before cutting.
Notes
- You can use 18.3 oz or 18 oz brownie mixes if 20 oz are unavailable.
- The brownies will set as they cool, becoming super fudgy.
