Description

A delicious and healthy frozen treat that tastes like a Snickers bar, made with bananas, peanut butter, dates, peanuts, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup finely diced dates
  • 2-3 Tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 2-3 Tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • A pinch of flaky salt


Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the banana in half, then slice each piece lengthwise to make 4 spears.
  3. Place the banana slices on the baking sheet and spread peanut butter over each one.
  4. Sprinkle the dates and peanuts on top.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the chocolate over the bananas and immediately top with flaky salt.
  7. Freeze for 10 minutes to let the chocolate set.
