Description
A delicious and healthy frozen treat that tastes like a Snickers bar, made with bananas, peanut butter, dates, peanuts, and chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup finely diced dates
- 2-3 Tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 2-3 Tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- A pinch of flaky salt
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the banana in half, then slice each piece lengthwise to make 4 spears.
- Place the banana slices on the baking sheet and spread peanut butter over each one.
- Sprinkle the dates and peanuts on top.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the bananas and immediately top with flaky salt.
- Freeze for 10 minutes to let the chocolate set.

- Dates are optional but add a caramel flavor.
