Create your own customizable Greek Yogurt Parfait Bar in just five minutes. This setup lets everyone build their perfect healthy breakfast or snack quickly.
Ingredients
- 4 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cups mixed fresh fruit (berries, diced mango, sliced banana, chopped peaches)
- 2 cups granola
- 1/2 cup nuts or seeds (sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, chopped dates, cranberries)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Arrange Greek yogurt in a large bowl with a spoon.
- Place fruits, granola, nuts/seeds, dried fruit, and coconut into separate small bowls for easy access.
- Set out honey or maple syrup with a small drizzle spoon. Place cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Provide small glasses, bowls, or jars and teaspoons for layering your parfaits.
- Instruct guests to spoon yogurt into the bottom of their chosen vessel.
- Have them add a layer of fruit, followed by a sprinkle of granola and nuts/seeds.
- Repeat the layers as desired.
- Finish the parfait with a light drizzle of honey or maple syrup and a small pinch of cinnamon.
Notes
- Keep granola separate until just before you eat to maintain its crunch.
- You can substitute regular yogurt for dairy-free yogurt options if needed.
