Description
Everything protein bagels made with Greek yogurt. High protein, chewy, and topped with classic everything seasoning for easy breakfasts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 tablespoon everything seasoning blend
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the Greek yogurt and self rising flour to a bowl.
- Stir until a shaggy dough forms, then knead lightly until smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions.
- Roll each portion into an 8 inch rope and shape into a bagel.
- Sprinkle the everything seasoning evenly over the tops of the bagels and gently press to adhere.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 22 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
- Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
