Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
Instructions
- Spread flour on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes to heat-treat. Cool the flour completely.
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl until smooth for 2 minutes.
- Mix in vanilla extract and milk until combined.
- Add the cooled flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until a dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill for 10 minutes for the best texture. Serve as a dip or eat directly.
