Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk


Instructions

  1. Spread flour on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes to heat-treat. Cool the flour completely.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl until smooth for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract and milk until combined.
