Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup finely chopped lettuce
- 4 Roma tomatoes seeds removed and diced
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- 1¼ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Corn chips for serving
Instructions
- Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl.
- Beat or stir until smooth and fully combined with no lumps.
- Add the taco seasoning and mix until evenly incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish or pie plate.
- Sprinkle the chopped lettuce evenly over the top.
- Add the diced tomatoes, followed by the sliced olives.
- Finish by sprinkling the shredded cheese evenly over the dip.
- Serve immediately with corn chips or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
