Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup finely chopped lettuce
  • 4 Roma tomatoes seeds removed and diced
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • 1¼ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Corn chips for serving


Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl.
  2. Beat or stir until smooth and fully combined with no lumps.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish or pie plate.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped lettuce evenly over the top.
  6. Add the diced tomatoes, followed by the sliced olives.
  7. Finish by sprinkling the shredded cheese evenly over the dip.
  8. Serve immediately with corn chips or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
