Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen French fries or halved baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion diced
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 to 4 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 3/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F. Toss potatoes or fries with oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Add diced onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
- Add ground beef and break it apart. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Ground beef should reach 160°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning. Stir in pickle juice until smooth and pourable. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide crispy potatoes into serving bowls. Top with cooked beef and sprinkle with cheddar cheese while warm.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and red onion.
- Drizzle generously with the sauce and serve immediately while warm.

- For extra crispiness, spread potatoes in a single layer and avoid overcrowding.
