Ingredients
- 1 pound large peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
- Fill each tortilla with shredded cabbage, cooked shrimp, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle the lime yogurt sauce over the tacos and serve with lime wedges.
