Ingredients

  • 1 pound large peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
