These easy pizza sliders use soft rolls loaded with melty cheese and savory pepperoni for a quick, family-friendly dinner or party snack.

  • 12 slider rolls sliced horizontally as one slab
  • 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced beef pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the rolls horizontally without separating them and place the bottom half into the baking dish.
  3. Spread half of the pizza sauce evenly over the rolls.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses over the sauce.
  5. Layer the pepperoni evenly over the cheese, then top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Spread the remaining pizza sauce onto the cut side of the roll tops and place them on the sliders.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush evenly over the tops of the rolls.
