These no-bake peanut butter protein oatmeal cups offer a quick, high-protein snack or breakfast. They combine creamy peanut butter, oats, and protein powder, topped with a layer of chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy, no-stir preferred)
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder (PEScience Select Protein suggested)
- 1/3 cup dry oats
- 1 tbsp almond or skim milk
- 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine protein powder, oats, peanut butter, and milk in a bowl. Stir until a thick, cohesive dough forms.
- Fill 5 silicone muffin cups with two tablespoons of dough each. Press the dough firmly into the molds to create a solid base.
- Melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler. Divide the melted chocolate evenly over the 5 dough portions. Spread gently for an even layer.
- Place the cups in the fridge or freezer until firm. Remove from silicone cups before eating.
