Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Combine diced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Let this sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
  2. Mash the peaches lightly to get a mix of smooth and chunky texture.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth.
  6. Fold in the peaches and their juices evenly.
  7. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and spread it evenly.
  8. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  9. Scoop and serve.
