Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine diced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Let this sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
- Mash the peaches lightly to get a mix of smooth and chunky texture.
- Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
- Mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth.
- Fold in the peaches and their juices evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and spread it evenly.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve.
