Description

Ingredients
- 1 pound deli roast beef thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the roast beef and shredded provolone cheese evenly over the tortillas.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice each into 4 equal pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the tortilla roll ups seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
- In a saucepan, whisk together the au jus gravy mix and water. Bring to a simmer and cook according to package directions.
- Serve the warm tortilla roll ups with the au jus dipping sauce.
Notes
- Secure the roll ups with toothpicks before cooking if needed to help them hold their shape in the skillet.
