Description

Ingredients
- 3 ounces semisweet baking chocolate chopped
- 1/4 cup hot brewed coffee or water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces cream cheese very soft
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom and line the base with parchment paper. Place pan on a baking sheet.
- Add chocolate, coffee, sugar, and butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Whisk cocoa powder into the chocolate mixture, then whisk in eggs, vanilla powder, and salt.
- Stir in flour just until combined. Reserve 1/4 cup of the batter and spread the rest evenly into the prepared pan.
- In a bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth, then whisk in caramel sauce, egg, vanilla powder, and salt until fully blended.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the brownie base.
- Spoon reserved brownie batter over the top and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled pattern.
- Bake for 22 to 28 minutes until the center is set and no longer jiggly.
- Cool completely in the pan, then remove the tart and slice to serve.
