Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 half cup all purpose flour
- 1 half teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter for cooking
Instructions
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until combined.
- Add flour and baking powder and stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Scoop small portions of batter onto the skillet.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
