Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped into ribbons
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Place the cubed chicken in a bowl and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, seasoned chicken, Caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for about 20 seconds per side until soft and flexible.
- Lay each tortilla flat and add an even portion of the filling to the lower third of the tortilla. Leave space around the edges.
- Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately while the tortillas are warm and the filling is crisp.
