Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, oats, banana, maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and the mixture looks thick and creamy.
