Ingredients
- 4 cups canned chicken drained and finely shredded
- 16 ounces cream cheese cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Add the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and spread into an even layer.
- Scatter the cream cheese cubes evenly over the chicken.
- Pour the buffalo hot sauce and ranch dressing over the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until smooth and fully combined.
- Continue cooking until the dip is hot throughout and reaches 165°F when tested in the center.
- Stir well, reduce heat to warm, and serve directly from the slow cooker.
