Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash cucumbers and slice them thin, ensuring slices are the same thickness for even drying.
- In a large bowl, mix oil, vinegar, and salt. Toss cucumber slices until lightly coated.
- Arrange slices on dehydrator racks in a single layer, without overlapping. Dehydrate at 130°F for 7–10 hours until crispy.
- Alternatively, for an oven method: Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat and bake at 175°F for 3–4 hours until crunchy.
